On saturday I went to a goodbye party of my new friend Gabriela, we had fun, ate a lot of things and had a good chat. I felt so happy having met interesting people there and I thank God for every single moment of my life. I've been lazy in the past days and I have to practice and study a lot for my toefl exam. And I'm starting to see other paths that will help me to build my future.
Me and my friends.
The delicious dinner.
Gaby, she's a charmer

Pretty things inside
Yesterday, I went to a pub called Novecento, it's a nice place where you can watch interesting free movies, you just have to spend money for your coffee and that's it. The movie that I watched was The pillow book, it's a lovely story about a woman named Nagiko whose name was inspired by a writer of the ancient japanese empire, her name was Nagiko but also they used to call her Sei Shonagon.
The first time I watched The Pillow Book was in 2009, when I was 22 years old and that year was a happy year, I started to write about different topics and it was very amazing how I used to describe every single moment, every single experience, how beautiful was to write about the winds hug or when I used to sit in a simple square looking how the leaves were falling in my head. Oooh in that time I didn't worry about anything, I wasn't looking an eros love and I used to smile a lot.
Yesterday I felt the need to come back to that happines which made me create the most lovely stories never read before. I want to go back to my forest, alone but happy, I want to make my dreams come true, I want to leave the fear behind... I know I will.
I went to watch that movie with my dear friend Nona.
Nona, meditating.
Fish mouth!
We had a delicious pizza and a lovely chat.

Chewy Gum
"Near the revolution, people are asking for blood" That's part of a song lyrics that I really like by Charly García, an argentinian singer, and it made my day because, the lyrics is amazing, it's about the struggle that a person has to live to make a change in his or her life.. Do you want a revolution? Well, you have to do it by yourself. It's amazing how you learn important things through everyday experiences :)
If you want to know the reason of the title, it's because I found a chewy gum that I haven't seen 20 years ago, I was so happy to find something that reminds my childhood, also this chewi gum has funny comics that I used to read. It's nice to remember lovely things of your past.
Drink a lot water.

Flower tears
I've been feeling a little bit anxious and sad because I'm waiting for a master program response of a university in Holland. I need to get that master degree because I want to study abroad, I want to meet new things, I love my country but right now I don't have oportunities here, I know that if I get that scholarship, later, I would be able to do all my projects here.
Since I was a little girl I always wanted to travel around the world and live interesting experiences, I know that this is one of the parts that are missing in my life the other thing is to get my independence and I know that this will begin inside me.
The other night I was praying and I was begging to God to get an answer about what I'm going to do in my life, I was feeling alone but something happened, the next day in a friend's birthday party, a good friend, who has beautiful family, told me that I don't have to worry about anything that God will help me to make dreams and projects come true, all I need is to trust in him because God's is preparing something big for me, I smiled at him and I told him: "Thanks, that's what I needed to hear" And that's how God answer me. Maybe you think I'm a little naive, but I believe in God and I believe in anarchy, I know that God is the revolution inspiration.
Here are some pictures of yesterday.
Me in the morning, this is the first time in 10 years that I wear a mini skirt hahaha.
It was mister Huguito birthday, he's a nice man and my family loves him and his family too.
Miss Lidia, a strong woman who raised her family by her own, she loves to sing rancheras.
My sister.
Jump and sing.

Whimsical venue
I'm improving my vocabulary and as I was reading an article I found these interesting words, whimsical and venue so, I thought it would be a good idea gather them and make a surreal sentence :)
Yesterday I went to a pub with my friend Nona, we thought it would be a good idea to have coffee and and a nice chat but Nona met her friends who were very nice people, we had fun, we laugh about everything and for the first time I felt released because I wasn't shy to talk to everyone. It was a good time, I met interesting people and had funny chat :)
So here are some pictures of yesterday.
In the morning, I found these beautiful dark blue birds and I just fell in love with them, so I tried to take a picture but they were moving very quickly.
Nona, me and Marce, a lovely girl that I met.
Marce, Dennis, Oscar and Anahí, nice people.
The funny architects.
Gaby a gorgeous girl who lives in Switzerland.
Move your head and close your eyes, feel the wind in your smile :)

We' coming rougher
Today I'm reading an article about the Performance of real and Imagined cultural Identities within a transnational migrant group, this article is from a journal of popular music studies wich talks about the cultural minorities music, one of these minorities are the romani people who are called gypsies and their outstanding representative in the field of music is the band Gogol Bordello, who is a multicultural band with amazing lyrics that carries an interesting sound.
Today, I'm obsessed with this particular song by this unusual band, it's called Immigraniada (We' coming rougher) That talks about the lives of many inmigrant people.
Hope you like it :)

Weakness is a matter of mind
Yesterday I read an essay about women in 1940's movies, The clash of desires between detectives and femme fatale, and it was very interesting how the author detect the represion against women in that scene. Women who fight against society's rules and have the strong desire to be independent are cursed by the the good fellow who wants to control the organization society. This statement made me think about who are good or bad . Why a woman who wants to liberate against sexism is is doomed to suppression? Why there is still living the idea that women are the weak gender? Why a woman can not say bad words? Why male chauvinists think that women have to behave like saints? Why there are wives and lovers?
There are many questions that you have to ask yourself in order to realize that women still living in a repressive world.
I'm a woman who would fight for freedom, I'm a woman who think that every single person is different and being weak it's just a matter of mind.
And here it is, a picture of me on Sunday, there are just few pictures which I show up smiling.
Read a gothic tale, they are very amusing.

World of ideas
Have you ever wondered if you are living a lie? Have you ever wanted to break all the rules but you can't because of fears? Why changes are most of the time bad for some people? What is thruth? Have you ever wondered sometimes? If you want to change the world you have to make yourself many questions and you would realize that all the answers are inside you or maybe through the wind that caresses you when you walk on the streets or in the laugh of a child or an old woman.
I wanted to write this little paragraph in order to start the revolution wich is a long process with up and downs but in the end I will feel satisfied because I tried.
Here are some pictures of yesterday. I'm going to take some pictures of me and show my diferent faces and moods.
On sunday I cut my bangs and I know that looks awkward... But I'm starting to like it. Good advice don't cut your hair when you feel a little bit depressed.
Yesterday I was walking through a nice square in the downtown of Cochabamba and I found this interesting mural so I took a picture of it.
Have a nice day and pray, feel released.

An interesting week :)
I didn't write anything on the blog because I've been doing many things this week, I was the substitute teacher of the subject of English in a kindergarten, I worked with 2 years old babies,3 years, 4 years old and 5 years old kids, I worked two days with them but the other days I was preparing my classes and reading about preschool education; this was the first time that I work with kids of that age. It was a nice experience, I really enjoyed it. Here are some pictures about my week since sunday.
The beautiful sunday moon.
Me on sunday afternoon.
On monday, I visited my dear friend Amparo who has a cute baby named Nico.
Nico is 3 months and he's a blessing for his family.
I took this picture from Amparo's wedding album. I was her witness on her church wedding. And I'm not catholic hehehe.
Today I taught the colors in English, then we played to distinguish the colors of wooden figures.
After my first class.
Smile with your eyes :)

What am I going to do in 4 months?
I still don't have the answer yet... I'm still waiting for a master program response, I will receive the news at the end of may or early june. I feel anxiety, nervous and I'm driving crazy staying at home waiting and trying to study for my toefl exam that is going to be in two weeks. But yesterday, as I was talking to a friend I began to feel frightened, what am I going to do if I don't get the scholarship? In a month I'm going to be 26, I don't have a job, I'm still living with my family wich sometimes sucks... Don't get me wrong, I love them but my time has finished here and I must move on, I need to learn how to be independent, I need to live by myself and prove that nothing will stop me because I'm with God.
Something bigger is going to happen in the next weeks, I have a feeling :)
